// course reflections.

This semester was an interesting one.

Through my Writing for the Web class, I got exposed to many different industry techniques, tips, and tricks on how to better navigate our communicative experiences on the web.

The best lesson I learned was this; building an upload calendar or establishing a timeline is one of the best things you can do in order to consistently increase your digital presence on any platform. I had to make mock calendars for multiple projects during this semester, and after really spending time to design them, I have come to understand their value. I have been able to stay more organized this semester because of my general calendar use, but I hope to take that skill in particular and use it to build my website up over the summer.

I 100% see myself taking these lessons into my future career. After experiencing all of the internships and projects, particularly from this semester, I have come to love web-based interaction and social media marketing, and I look forward to seeing how those skills play into my future career.

This blog post was written to satisfy the requirements of my Writing for the Web class.
